I consider myself a bit of an oracle when it comes to parenting. I have no grounds or qualifications for such a claim but I do have five years experience, three children and am proud to say I have never lost any of them. Therefore I deem myself the newly crowned oracle of parenting.
So with my self proclaimed new title I have decided to impart some words of wisdom on those of you who have yet to enter the parenting domain and give you a list of my top ten things to do before you have children.
I am known to carry a little weight now and then. I am constantly embroiled in a passionate love affair with food, some days I can’t get enough of it to the point that he who helped create them has to hide the kids treats but on other days I manage to exercise some self control and resist the lure of the fridge.

Words cannot describe the infinite amount of joy you have brought into my life since you clamoured out of the sunroof. I knew time would pass too soon as it always does when you fall in love. I try and make it a rule to not lie to my kids.
Ok that’s a lie straight away, I tell plenty of fibs when it suits me. For example this morning I told twin boy the Easter Bunny had texted me from his I phone and was about to remove one of his easter eggs from his basket if he didn’t sit and eat his breakfast nicely. However as we all know lying always trips you up and this was the case when twin boy suddenly leapt from his chair whooping with glee shouting;
