Tea Anyone……

How hard can it be to make a cup of tea?

I used to be a pro and I had a stylish routine.  I would respond to my inner call for caffeine quickly by heading to the kettle, removing it from its perch, filling it with the appropriate amount of water to avoid the nasty limescale bits at bottom, return to perch, turn on, reach for a cup, add PG Tips tea bag, click the sweetener in, remove semi-skimmed milk from fridge and unscrew lid in anticipation.

Up For A Challenge? I Am..

When I told my friends that I was going to use BB as a human guinea pig and put her in cloth nappies for Real Nappy Week I must admit the response was not overwhelmingly positive,  in fact it was so negative that I decided not to even bother waiting for Real Nappy Week to start before taking BB out of her disposable poo holder and putting her into a cloth one.

The Oracle of Parenting

I consider myself a bit of an oracle when it comes to parenting. I have no grounds or qualifications for such a claim but I do have five years experience, three children and am proud to say I have never lost any of them. Therefore I deem myself the newly crowned oracle of parenting.

So with my self proclaimed new title I have decided to impart some words of wisdom on those of you who have yet to enter the parenting domain and give you a list of my top ten things to do before you have children.
