Start by visualizing who you would like to be. What do you wear? How do you speak and think? How do you spend your days? Once you know, all you have to do is start acting like that person. It might seem phony, but what you’re really doing is stepping into that version of yourself. Identity shifting is extremely powerful and a great way of transforming your health. Even if it’s small changes to begin with, like buying a vape starter kit, it’ll make a huge difference in the long run.
Meditating helps you to get more clarity so you can become clear on what you really need to do to transform your health. With regular meditation you should find that you are more easily able to come up with solutions and control impulses that may have once sabotaged your results.
Change Your Story
What do you tell yourself and others regularly? Perhaps it’s something similar to:
- My sleeping schedule is all over the place

Learn as much as possible about mindset. You can learn using traditional books, youtube, audiobooks, podcasts, and anything else you find. The works of people like Dr Joe Dispenza and Tony Robbins are great for mindset and helping you to understand why all of this works. You don’t have to be a spiritual person to understand why changing the way you think will change your life!
Constantly Work Towards Reprogramming Your Mind
This is an ongoing thing, not something you can do every so often or for a week or two and stop doing. You need to stay aware of how you’re feeling and thinking. Be more introspective and you should be able to come up with ways to change your mindset and health. Perhaps you’ll figure out what your triggers are next and find ways to eliminate them.
