Back to School with Smiggle #AD

Oh joyous day…

The packed lunches are in the fridge, shoes shined by the door, uniforms pressed and book bags ready.

Another Summer has been survived and the kids are back at school.

Well – one out of three anyway!

The youngest goes back tomorrow, and the bigger two head back on Wednesday.

As I am sure you can imagine – the youngest child is most aggrieved that her older siblings have an extra day at home.  The dramatics that took place before bed were extreme to say the least.  The only saving grace was I was able to buy her silence and sleep by reminding her about the awesome new Smiggle goodies she is heading into school with tomorrow.

Because in our house, Smiggle makes everything better!

And it isn’t too late to Smiggle up your child’s return to school with some back to school supplies.

Smiggle have made it easy – they even have a downloadable check list (perfect for mums like me who live in a constant state of chaos.)

If you are a little last minute, that just means you are hunting for discounts, as currently you can pick up this blue school bundle and get up to 34% off.

Perfect for all school ages!

Other last minute tips before they head back…

Check to see if they have homework – nothing like a last minute stay up late tactic when suddenly homework arrives at the end of the holidays.

Find the PE kit before the day that school begins – I speak from personal experience here.

Pay for school dinners – starving kids are unhappy kids.

Find the bus pass, do not take your child’s word for it that they know where it is (again personal experience.)

Book coffee with a friend the day they return – it is time to celebrate!
