I never thought I would become a creature of holiday habit, with the whole world to see, why would you return time after time to the same place…
And yet, as I type this, the car is sat on the driveway, overflowing with buckets, spades, and clothes for all weathers. The boogie boards are crushed underneath the weight of the suitcases.
I am exceptionally excited to be heading back to Trevella Park, in Crantock, Cornwall for the seventh year running….
Luckier than as a blogger, I get to work with some amazing companies in Cornwall and treat my children to some incredible future memories.
The world is a huge place to explore, but a whole piece of my heart waits in Cornwall, year after year for us to return.
It has become the place the children talk about all year round, where we have so many gorgeous memories. This year looks set to be another glorious trip.
We have days out (fully documented on Instagram!) planned to Flambards, an epic adventure park, filled with thrills, history and super crazy golf!
We will be hunting for gold at Pirates Quest – my youngest is SO excited about this, she keeps practicing her best pirate face!
Plus, if living in a caravan for two weeks isn’t enough – we are also spending some family time locked in at Cornwall’s Great Escape Rooms.
The question is – will we escape?
(answer is probably not!)
And….
Get ready for this…
Next Sunday – we have the most extreme of amazing days planned.
One that I am super excited about, and slightly terrified!
We are hitting Adrenaline Quarry – for the whole day!
The timetable looks a little like this….
- Fix myself and my small people into a harness and swing over a lake….
Because that looks like so much fun – and terrifying!
2. Then, once my nerves have calmed…. I am going back in the harness, back to the lake – but this time, I’m zip wiring down it….
Already know the kids are going to find my face a picture..
The fun doesn’t stop there. Once the harness is off, the wetsuit is going on. Adrenalin Quarry is the perfect spot to spend a day of adventure. Offering an out of this world Aqua Park!
The kids and I – LOVE these parks, and cannot wait to try this one. We are going to get wet & go wild on oversized trampolines, monkey bars, slides, swings and more. The perfect thing to do after a zip wire and a giant swing!
We are not done yet!
To close off, what looks set to be an incredible day, Molly and Owen are going to sample a bit of axe throwing..
That should give those teenage hormones some direction!
Then we are going home for a stiff drink and a lay down…
Time to sign off, I’ve got one hell of a drive to do, and a whole host of memories to make!
Thank you for all the brand involved in our Cornish adventure!
