Sunday Sanity

Sunday tends to be my day of reading blogs, it sometimes gets taken up by wiping backsides and blowing noses or going to rather horrendous softplay areas.  But when I get the chance I like to sit back with a hot cup of tea, a weight watchers chocolate bar (ok often a kit kat) and have a read.

I wanted to share a couple of the great blogs I have already found this week, to share the mesh of literature that is now routinely published day to day on the web.  The heart rending honesty of other people’s blogs truly amazes me and I find a satisfaction in reading them that I no longer get from an often biased, politically driven media mesh.

Anyway to kick off with a rather cracking piece on how the special needs community has been affected by budget changes please check out my comrade’s blog, helloitsgemma.

I blogged recently about my trauma stuck inside a soft play centre and the humour of my words was instantly overshadowed by a fellow bloggers comments.  Mymumdom hilariously recounted how she got trapped with a tunnel with a belly full of arms and legs, and rather fabulously she wrote a full extended version on her blog for us to howl at.  Take a tissue because this is funny stuff.

Finally a new blogger share with us her two addictions in life, both of which I share with her, please pop over and leave some comments as we all remember how tough it is when you start your blogging  journey.  Read Alix’s words over at myincidentallife

That’s it for me, if anyone else has read  or written a corkers this week please leave a comment below and I can check it out later with my kitkat apple and cup of tea.

Thank you for these. I have only just started blogging too, and I love to read others. I am a terrible speller too, which does not help.

I blog for work which I find easier as it is pretty achedemic some times (http://www.icmcreative.co.uk/blog) but mostly just cool stuff I find.

But I find blogging about my person life difficult:
    A) finding the time
    B) Thinking of what to put

So today I had a go.

I was definitely meant to come here and read this post. I’ve been trying to find Alix’s blog as I deleted an email she sent me, I deleted it by mistake!

    Thanks for the great recommendations.
